Content on this site is informational. Service descriptions and prices are starting guidance, not offers. Submitting the contact form does not create a binding contract. No payments are processed on this website.

Engagements

Paid work is governed by a written proposal or statement of work describing scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. In case of conflict, the signed statement of work prevails over these website terms for that engagement.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to analytics tools, relevant stakeholders, and accurate context needed for funnel analysis. Delays in access may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for work performed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you own deliverables prepared specifically for your engagement after full payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how. You may not republish our site content without permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public business and data information shared during an engagement and use it only to perform the work, subject to legal disclosure requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logicroutebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or advisory recommendations. Our total liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.

No guarantees

Analytics advice informs decisions; it does not guarantee conversion lifts, revenue outcomes, or platform performance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith negotiation.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
