Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By requesting a quote, confirming an engagement, or using this website, you agree to these terms between you and Logicroutebase Co., Ltd. (“Logicroutebase”). If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Logicroutebase provides professional app analytics benchmark and trend reporting, briefings, peer set calibration, and related written deliverables as described in an estimate or statement of work. Deliverables are informational professional opinions based on agreed sources and methods. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate briefing information, timely access to agreed data exports, and timely feedback on drafts within the windows stated in the estimate. Delays in client inputs may extend delivery dates.

Fees and payment

Fees are set out in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit may be required to reserve analyst time, with the balance due on delivery of the final pack. Late payments may pause scheduled briefings.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered report, memo, and slides for your internal business purposes, including circulation to investors or partners under confidentiality. Logicroutebase retains ownership of underlying templates, peer-selection frameworks, and methodologies. You may not resell our materials as a competing reporting service.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logicroutebase’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from reliance on reports or briefings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
