Refund & rescheduling policy

Eligibility overview

Logicroutebase engagements are professional services with reserved analyst time. Refund eligibility depends on how far work has progressed and whether a deposit or full fee has been paid.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be emailed to hello@logicroutebase.digital within 14 days of the event that triggers the request (cancellation, material delay on our side, or documented non-delivery).

Full refund

A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel an engagement before kickoff, or if we fail to deliver the agreed final pack within the contracted window after all client inputs were provided on time and we cannot agree a revised date.

Partial refund

If you cancel after kickoff but before the draft report is delivered, we may refund the unused portion after deducting work already completed (peer set research, data intake, draft preparation) at the rates implied by the estimate. Once a draft report or memo has been delivered, fees for that phase are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed briefings and calibration workshops that already took place
• Delivered final reports, memos, and slide packs
• Third-party meeting room fees already incurred at your request
• Rush premiums once rush work has started

Deposits

Deposits reserve analyst calendar time. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled kickoff. Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the deposit unless we successfully rebook the slot with another client for the same window, in which case we refund the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a briefing or kickoff once at no charge with at least 3 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of ฿2,500 or be treated as a cancellation under the deposit rules above.

No-shows

If your attendees do not join a scheduled briefing and we receive no notice, the session fee is charged in full. We will offer one courtesy reschedule if notice arrives before the session start.

Work already started

Time spent on peer research, data cleaning, drafting, and review after kickoff is billable. Refunds, if any, apply only to unused remaining phases.

Purchased materials

If an engagement required purchase of specific third-party category datasets at your written request, those pass-through costs are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to an account you designate. Processing time with your bank may add several days.
